Description If you’ve seen the bird of prey
display, now’s your chance to get really close to
the birds! Go on a walk with a difference, and learn the
art of falconry – fly the bird in and out of trees
from your fist!
This activity takes place from
Loch Lomond Bird of Prey centre at Ballagan, just outside
of Balloch.
A mini-bus is provided to transport people from Loch
Lomond Shores.
Age Group
Age 10+ - Children under 16 must be accompanied by an
adult.

Where to register
A disclaimer must be completed for each participant.
Adults must complete this on behalf of children. This
disclaimer will be completed on arrival at the bird
of prey centre at Ballagan.
Where to meet for the activity
Participants can either meet at Loch Lomond Shores to
take the minibus to Ballagan (the minibus will
pick-up at the drop-off area next to the National Park Gateway Centre), or
they can go directly to the Bird of Prey Centre at Ballagan.
PLEASE NOTE : THE MINIBUS WILL PICK PEOPLE UP AT THE NATIONAL PARK GATEWAY CENTRE
AT THE TIMES INDICATED ABOVE. THE ACTUAL ACTIVITY WILL
COMMENCE 15 MINUTES LATER AT THE BIRD OF PREY CENTRE
AT BALLAGAN.
